
The Process
The Consultation.
The first step is ensuring we fully understand what you want to achieve. We’ll listen carefully to your requirements, discuss initial ideas and expectations. We’ll inspect the site, survey the areas, take measurements and identify potential issues. We’ll also establish budgets and feasibility.
The Design.
We’'ll take the ideas and convert them into a conceptual design. At this stage, we’ll provide architectural drawings of the inside and outside of the project and potentially highlight how we intend to logistically execute the build.
The Contract.
At this stage we’ll review the design, specifications and the scope of the work ahead. We’ll refine and finalise the costs of each element. We’ll create a construction calendar, sign the contruction contract and finally, take the deposit.
The Build.
At this stage, we’ll be starting to clear the area of any unnessary materials so we can oportate smoothly and safley, while bringing in building materials and equipment. Throughout the build, we’ll be working closely with you to keep you updated on progress and aware of any issues and solutions we may encounter along the way. Also, with your consent, we’ll be taking pictures and videos during the build for our own marketing needs as well as for our progress reports.

Other things to consider.
We take the stress out of the statutory obligations and permits for you, such as notifying the relevant authorities, councils, agreements with neighbours, etc.
The Sign-Off.
Upon completion of the project, you will retain a % of the contract value for 12 months to ensure total satisfaction. Many of the products we use will come with their own manufacturing warranties, which will of course be yours so keep them at hand in case.
